PSYCHODYNAMIC PSYCHOTHERAPY

Psychodynamic therapy helps you understand yourself on a deeper level. It’s based on the idea that our past experiences—especially those from childhood—shape how we think, feel, and relate to others today. Sometimes, these patterns play out in ways we don’t fully realize, leading to struggles in relationships, self-doubt, anxiety, or feeling stuck.

In therapy, we explore these patterns together, uncovering what’s beneath the surface. This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about lasting change. By bringing hidden thoughts and emotions into awareness, you gain more freedom to make choices that align with your true self.

If you’ve ever wondered why you repeat certain patterns or want to deepen your understanding of yourself, psychodynamic therapy can help.

INFERTILITY COUNSELING

I view infertility through the lens of grief and bereavement. People can experience a multitude of different losses in the experience of infertility and treatment. Some of these losses are concrete, some existential. In our work together, we might consider how these losses are informed through your previous experiences and relationships. Many people with whom I work want to find ways to survive and adapt during their season of uncertainty, and to discover ways to cope with whatever is to come.
